Marylebone High Street

Our residential project at 35 Marylebone High Street features in the March issue of Architecture Today magazine. The scheme is described as a ‘Tale of Two Typologies’ – of courtyard houses and apartment buildings, but also of urban blocks and thoroughfares. The scheme retains a 1930’s art deco façade as a frontage to new apartments facing the street along with a new terrace of mews housing to the rear.  The building form negotiates the two typologies with a stepping section, animated by a series of terraces and pergolas.
