Patrick graduated from the University of North London in 1999 and worked for two years at Dominic Warren Architects and four years at Robert Barnes Architects before joining Dixon Jones in 2005. He was made Associate Director in 2018.
Patrick is an experienced, senior architect and design coordinator who has specialised in the realisation of complex projects and has particular interest in projects involving elements of existing buildings.
Patrick also shares the Health & Safety Coordinator role within the office.
Patrick is currently working on Marlborough Primary School, a new build arranged across 5 floors with rooftop play areas and a new commercial development incorporating offices and retail.
Patrick initially worked on the design of the basement for Kings Place and several packages including the stone flooring and recital hall detailing before taking on the construction phase structure and M&E coordination. Monitoring the construction and design implementation from the largest excavation to Practical Completion, Patrick worked with the whole consultant team and the majority of contractors in the completion of this award winning building.
For Quadrant 3, the former Regent Palace Hotel, Patrick was one of two Design Coordinators on this complex project consisting of retained corner blocks in-filled with new construction and basement listed interiors. Focusing on the building’s envelope, the design of the roof and residential block and core, Patrick coordinated the work of both in-house teams and external consultants such as Conservation Architects responsible for the retained elements of the façade and residential designers.
